The staff was super friendly and always willing to help. The superior double room was clean and had fantastic amenities, like a mini fridge and a coffee maker. I loved the relaxing atmosphere near the bowling building and the wellness pool, open till 11 pm! It made my evenings perfect.

Yes, My room was dirty (old sweets under the bed) and when I tried the complain the duty Manager would not speak to me. I waited 10 minutes at reception being ignored and then asked her to find me, which she did not. Very Dissapointed with her, rest of hotel staff were fine.

Restaurant staff were very friendly and offered excellent service. The food we had was delicious. The jacuzzi was very good. Overall the hotel was attractive and smart, with lovely natural wooden sculptures. The bath products were of high quality.
The tea-making facilities were not adequately refilled with the products we'd used. We were overcharged for two breakfasts but luckily noticed this discrepancy. There was some noise in the evenings outside from young people playing football outside the bowling alley. Parking is expensive - it should be included in the cost of the stay, not charged extra.

I appreciated the serene, lake view from my room, beautifully decorated with soft tones. The hotel's layout was accessible for seniors, with gentle walkways and spacious common areas for relaxation.
More comfortable seating in common areas would help.

swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool, bath, bed (kingsize), quiet and restful, though near city (centre) still with water and fields gives feeling of being out of the buzzling city, relaxing from busy life.

Very modern and everything working. Parking easy.
The restaurant and bar area look nice but are a torture to the ear. Normal talk at the next table prevents talking to the phone and the chair legs make terrible noises against the floor.

The Superior Double Room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a well-equipped workspace that perfectly catered to my business needs. The staff were highly professional and efficiently assisted with all my requests, ensuring that my presentations ran smoothly. The wellness facilities, including the pool, provided a great opportunity to unwind after a long day of meetings.
The breakfast pricing felt a bit high.
